God resides on the horizon where the sun meets the Earth at sunset.

God appears in that moment you want to give up, but a hint of light and knowing appears and sends you down the right path.

God finds you when you are open and not drowning in worry or stuck in your head.

God is your beloved pet greeting you at the door after a difficult day.

God is near as you and your daughter are keeled over in laughter together on the couch.

God is holding you at 2:00 A.M. as you are steeped in sadness and crying in your bed after heartbreak.

God is running with you in those last miles of a marathon, willing you forward instead of giving up.

God is always reminding you of Her presence when you are at your most vulnerable, open, and authentic.

Your integrity and your genuine intentions call Her into being because She is YOU…and you won’t find Her when you are not living your truest life or being your truest self.

She fades when you are acting out in fear, ego, or with false intentions.

Speak your truth and God will appear to reassure you of your worth and your purpose…

And God will send your people to you, those meant for you through that law of attraction.

God is YOU…when YOU decide to show up…the YOU without the mask, the armor, or the facade.

This is why true connection can’t happen until you bring only YOU to the table.

Shed your apprehensions, presuppositions, and expectations…

None of these are ever needed with the right people.

Scratch that…none of these are ever needed.

Being the true YOU takes courage, but it’s worth it.

Happiness is not having material things, making the right amount of money, or finding the right job.

Happiness is being self-aware and confident that you are always bringing YOU to the table.

Happiness is having the assurance to know that by always showing up as YOU will allow you to unfold into all you are meant to be.

Lies won’t do.

Be honest, open, trustworthy…

Have the difficult conversations.

Show up for people.

Give the benefit of the doubt.

Smile and listen to others.

Make mistakes and learn from them.

Apologize and try again.

Live in the moment.

Hug your loved ones.

Call your peeps.

Write letters to your lover.

Connection is where God is, and that starts with YOU.
